2025 Awards: Celebrating Commitment, Performance, and Long Service at Citrusvil

A day that highlighted the daily contribution of the teams, continuous improvement and the development of human capital in the organization.

Last December 17, the 2025 Awards Ceremony was held to recognize Grupo Lucci collaborators, especially those at Citrusvil, who excelled throughout the year for their commitment, performance, and contribution to the organization’s growth.

At the beginning of the event, Martín Carignani, Citrusvil CEO, gave a welcome speech, emphasizing the importance of recognizing the daily efforts of the teams and thanking collaborators for their commitment to continuing building the future of the company together.

MEOC Award

In the context of the Model of Operational Excellence (MEOC), Agustina Lucci, Sustainability Manager, handed out the awards, highlighting the active participation in continuous improvement, the use of management tools, the leadership in their teams, and the process optimization of the chosen collaborators.
