Innovation and Quality: Citrusvil’s Central Points at ANUGA 2025

With a proposal focused on sustainability and innovation, the company brought its responsible production model, in line with new global market trends, to ANUGA 2025.

Thousands of professionals from this sector visited the stands at ANUGA 2025, the world’s leading international food and beverage trade fair held in Cologne, Germany, to discover the trends that shape the future of global food supply.

At its stand, Citrusvil showcased the transformation of lemon industrialization through a model based on sustainability, innovation, and certified quality.

Evolving Model

In a space designed to reflect its identity—warm, innovative, and in line with its corporate purpose—, the company presented its responsible production model, focused on the efficient use of natural resources and the continuous improvement of its practices.

Seventy-five percent of the materials used in the stand were made from recovered and reusable elements, a concrete example of its commitment to sustainable management in every detail.

During the five days of the fair, from October 4 to 8, visitors could learn how Citrusvil continues deepening a model that integrates sustainable growth, the environment, and the community, essential pillars of its business strategy.

Innovation and Traceability: Quality Pillars

Innovation was another major topic that the company brought to ANUGA 2025.

Through its product portfolio and international certifications, it showed how traceability and food safety are key to its value proposition.

Each of the meetings held with international clients and partners was an opportunity to share the company’s progress in terms of processes and certified quality, reaffirming its commitment to a reliable and transparent production chain.

At the same time, the commercial team, together with the visitors, analyzed the current context of the citrus market, highlighting, among other aspects, a high level of interest in citrus fibers and sustainable solutions, which became a central topic of conversation.
